It's sad to see this happening, since I really enjoy receiving magazines in the mail and being able to flip through at my leisure. If I have to go to a website to read a magazine, chances are, I won't bother to read it.

In an editorial office meeting on Friday, my team and I were discussing the transition of another journal to online only and the ramifications on the subscribers. The trade-off would be offering the subscribers an e-reader to access the digital version of the content. The specific deets are confidential, but this kind of thing is quite disturbing nonetheless.
